Physical Therapy Marketing Pricing:
Side by Side
Contracts, billing, switching, leaving, and what happens to your website: the questions practice owners actually ask, answered the way we’d answer them on the phone.
Since 2003.

Contracts and Commitment
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. E-rehab plans are month to month. Leave any month. Our clients stay an average of 7.8 years anyway, and our longest-standing client has been with us 23.7 years, since our founding year.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There’s no cancellation penalty and no hoops. We’d rather earn your business every month than lock you into a year you regret. If something isn’t working, we want the phone call, not the silent countdown to a contract date.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Your domain stays in your name, and your logo, your photos, and your practice’s story are always yours. The finer points vary by plan, and everything with us is a conversation, so we’ll walk through exactly what’s yours before you ever sign. No surprises, nothing hidden.
Billing and Cost
Why aren’t prices listed on the website?
Because every practice and every market is different, and we’d rather give you a real number than a range you can’t use. One short call with David and you’ll have exact numbers for your practice, in writing, no pressure. Most owners tell us it’s the most useful marketing conversation they’ve had.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly. You’ll know your exact number before you start, and it doesn’t change mid-stream without a conversation first.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup depends on the plan and the scope of your build, so we handle it the same way we handle everything: exact numbers on your call, in plain writing, before you commit to anything.
How does ad spend work on the Diamond plan?
There are two numbers. Our management is part of your plan. Your ad spend is what Google or Meta charges for the clicks, and it goes to them, with a cap you set. We recommend a sensible test budget after we read your market, and we never spend past what you approve.
Choosing and Changing Plans
Which plan should I start with?
As a rule of thumb: Silver fixes the website, Gold brings past patients back, Platinum gets you found and chosen on Google, and Diamond adds paid ads on top. But your market decides, not a rule of thumb. David will recommend the right size on your call, even when it’s the smallest one.
Can I switch plans later?
Any month. Practices usually start where the pain is and move up as the schedule fills. Everything stacks: your website, your list, and your reviews come with you through every upgrade.
Is there a package for brand-new practices?
Yes. The New Practice Jumpstart is built for practices in their first year: website, Google Business Profile, and first reviews working from day one, sized for a year-one budget.
What You Get
What does done for you actually mean?
We build, write, and automate everything behind your marketing. Your team is trained to run its small parts in minutes a day: adding a new patient to the list, triggering a review request with a tap. You treat patients. We run the engine. We never claim you do literally nothing, because the parts only you can do are the parts that make it work.
Are there extra programs beyond the plans?
Yes. Platinum and Diamond clients unlock optional bonus programs as they grow: no pressure and no surprise upsells. We introduce them when you’re ready, and David can walk you through them on your call.
Still Have a Question?
Ask it on the call. Fifteen minutes with David and you’ll have plain answers and exact numbers for your practice. No pressure, no jargon.
